"5-stars is not enough stars to rate Tami Nururdin. I've bought and sold a number of properties over the last 35 years, and she is the best realtor I've met or used. She was my realtor this year on a farm property I had in central WI. I felt given the location of the farm, its size, and varied demographic of potential buyers, that I needed something more than standard procedure of popping in a for sale sign, pulling a price out of the air, putting in on MLS, and waiting to see what happens. I felt an auction process was a preferred method to ensure optimal sale price, but that is a process most realtors don't do or understand. However, Tami knows that process. After meeting with the team of Tami Nururdin as Realtor, and Brian and Karin of Golden Hills Auctions, I knew I had met the right people. My opinion never changed throughout the listing process and development of auction strategy. Tami brought imagination and 'thinking outside the box' to the process. There is no question upon conclusion of the sale that I had gotten the best possible price for the property. There is no way I would have gotten that same sale price, or likely even close to that sale price, if I had simply chosen a standard realtor using the standard 'post a sign and list it' methodology. If you are selling any property, talk to Tami Nururdin. If you are selling anything over 40 acres, you have to talk to Tami Nururdin about the land auction process she is master of. "If you ever wish that your friend was a realtor, Tami is your friend. She got to know us on a level that was more just the typical "So what are you looking for?". She is very knowledgeable about homes and their structure(like a pre-home inspection), she is very down to earth and not just trying to sell a building. She never missed a call, email or text. I can't recommend her enough if you are in the market for a home or simply just have questions.Tami is the most well rounded realtor we came across in our home buying process."

"Tami was able to navigate through my USDA loan; these loans aren't traditional and the home being purchased is held to a higher standard. That meant more repairs and documentation than other types of loans. But Tami found me my dream home. She has excellent negotiating skills and has a lot of passion for what she does. She was able to fix a critical error in closing - a situation in which I wasn't actually getting the correct credits and saved me thousands of dollars. I am so thankful for everything she's done for my family!"

"Tami was amazing. She offered to come help us with a couple house projects and went above her required duties. She has great communication. She kept us up to date on each step of the process as we were selling our first home and buying our second. When we were looking at houses, she was very detailed on items to look for as in pros and cons. She listened to our needs of what we were looking for into our next home. She was very accommodating with our schedules as to when we were available for showings. I highly recommend her as she cares about these personal relationships as well as exceeding at her job.
